Who we are
Credentials and Testimonials
Allie Moors
I’ve worked in both tiny companies and corporate and have run my own business since 2016. I have experienced the churn and uncertainty associated with modern working environments and I have reached that stage where I want my working life to have maximum impact for others. The techniques I use give Charity Leaders the tools to navigate the pressures and uncertainty of today and find the headspace and emotional energy to thrive.
Embodiment techniques help me to live my life as a whole person, they help me relax and be more me..

With over 20 years of experience across the third sector, he balances practical business strategy with a deep commitment to social impact. He served as Chief Executive for Social Enterprise East Midlands (SEEM) and South Derbyshire CVS, alongside senior development roles at Social Investment Scotland, so he understands the unique emotional and operational pressures of running a charity.
Today, Roger holds a safe space for charity leaders—mentoring CEOs through times of intense strategic change, helpfully guiding them to secure funding, scale their delivery, and manage their teams with clarity and compassion.
